Tradename: PBZ. (tripelennamine hydrochloride or citrate)

Indications

Contraindications

Dosage

  • adults
    • 25-50 mg PO every 4-6 hours
    • maximum 600 mg/day
    • extended release: 100 mg BID-TID
  • infants & children
    • 5 mg/kg/day in 4-6 divided doses
    • maximum: 300 mg/day

Tabs: 50 mg.

Extended release: 100 mg.
