Adverse effects

sedation
sleepiness
decreased motor skills
anticholinergic effects
- hyperthermia, dry skin & mucous membranes*, tachypnea, hypertension, mydriasis
- somnolence & coma to agitation & seizures
- hallucinations, delirium
sinus tachycardia

* distinguish from sympathomimetic amines -> diaphoresis
