• links signaling proteins such as ZAP70 with CBL, leading to CBL dependent degradation of signaling proteins (putative)
• interacts with EPHA2, VAV1, LCP2, PDGFRB (putative)
• homodimerization & interaction with phosphorylated CBL occurs via its C-terminal domain
• interacts with phosphorylated proteins ZAP70, CD3Z, SYK & LAT via its SH2 domain
• indirectory induced by all-trans retinoic acid
• C-terminal domain is essential for
  • homodimerization (via charged region of domain)
  • interaction with CBL (via hydrophobic region of domain)
