Introduction
Include:
- CD10 (pre-B cells, germinal center cells, neutrophils, pre-B ALL, Burkitt lymphoma and follicular lymphoma)
- CD19 (appears early in B cell differentiation and persists through maturation until plasma cell stage; need frozen tissue),
- CD20 (appears later in B cell maturation and persists until plasma cell stage),
- CD21, CD22 (expressed at later stages of maturation)
- CD23 (follicular dendritic reticulum cells, sIgM/sIgD double positive B cells and small lymphocytic lymphoma
- CD25 (small lymphocytic lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma)
- CD34 & TdT (very immature cells)
- CD43 (activated B cells, T cells, neutrophils) low grade B cell lymphomas except follicular lymphoma)
- CD79a (B precursor cells before CD19, stops before plasma cell stage)
- HLA-DR, Fc receptors, complement receptors
