Introduction
Clinical features:
- Usually adults, male > female.
- Stage may be more advanced with lymph nodes, spleen, liver & bone marrow involvement.
- Moderately aggressive course, often curable.
Pathology
- classic Reed-Sternberg and some lacunar cells seen.
- lymphocytes, histiocytes, plasma cells, eosinophils & neutrophils present.
