Expression
- myeloid cells ~90%
- activated B and T cells
- eosinophils
- erythroid cells & platelets stain negatively with antibody
Pathology
- expressed in:
- Reed-Sternberg cells
- 20% of T cell lymphomas
- 5% of B cell lymphomas
- 50% carcinomas
