• myeloid cells ~90%
• activated B and T cells
• eosinophils
• erythroid cells & platelets stain negatively with antibody

Pathology

• expressed in:
  • Reed-Sternberg cells
  • 20% of T cell lymphomas
  • 5% of B cell lymphomas
  • 50% carcinomas

Laboratory

detected by Leu-M1 antibody
