• interacts (via PDZ domain) with ARHGEF16
• competes with LIN7A for KCNJ4 binding (via PDZ domain), & this promotes KCNJ4 internalization
• interaction with & RTKN (via C-terminal region) facilitates Rho-mediated activation of the FOS serum response element (SRE) (putative)
• role in activation of CDC42 by the viral protein HPV16 E6
• interacts with HTLV-1 TAX protein
