Introduction

Domain found in MAGK superfamily proteins/scaffold proteins of the postsynaptic density. They are modular domains of about 90 amino acid residues, specialized to binding of ES[D/E]V motifs found on the C-terminus of glutamate receptor epsilon subunits of the NMDA receptor.

The PDZ domains of SAP-90 also interact with SynGAP1.
