Indications
- methamphetamine withdrawal
- may diminish brain volume loss in patients with progressive multiple sclerosis[2]
- approved in Japan in 1989 for use in bronchial asthma & post-stroke dizziness[2]
Dosage
- 20 mg or 50 mg BID
Adverse effects
- nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain
- depression (9% vs 3%)
- rash
- fatigue
