Indications
- control of pruritus in dogs at least 12 months of age associated with
- allergic dermatitis
- control of atopic dermatitis
Dosage
- withhold ilunocitinib for at least 28 days to 3 months before vaccination & for at least 28 days afterward
- verigy a dog is up-to-date on vaccinations before starting treatment
- tablets: 4.8 mg, 6.4 mg, 8.5 mg, 15 mg
Adverse effects
* Box warninga
- dogs should not be vaccinated <= 28 days before & after Zenrelia treatment
- risk of fatal vaccine-induced disease
- vaccine-induced adenoviral hepatitis & pancreatitis
- infectious enteritis
- inadequate immune response to vaccines
- risk of fatal vaccine-induced disease
- drug adverse effects of tyrosine kinase inhibitor(s)
- drug adverse effects of janus kinase inhibitors
