- CSF-based estimates of beta-amyloid using adjusted data-driven cutoffs are ~10% higher than PET-based estimates in people without dementia
- results are similar among people with dementia
- all CSF amyloid-beta isoforms lower in patients with cerebral amyloid angiopathy than in controls
