  • diabetic retinopathy
    • ophthalmoscopy at the time of diagnosis for type 2 diabetes & within 5 years of diagnosis for type 1 diabetes & every 1-3 uthereafter
  • diabetic neuropathy
    • monofilament examination of feet annually
