Management
- family planning services include:
- diabetes screening for overweight or obese patients aged 40-70 years
- screening for hypertension
- Chlamydia screening for sexually active females < 25 years of age
- hepatitis C virus screening (at least yearly for patients with HIV1 infection)
- assessing STD risk in transgender individuals based on current anatomy & sexual behavior
