  • severe agitation, tachycardia, hypertension, myocardial infarction, hyperthermia, stroke, bowel obstruction, pulmonary hypertension, seizures

• drug adverse effects of adrenergic receptor agonists
• drug adverse effects of alpha-adrenergic receptor agonists
• drug adverse effects of sympathomimetic(s)
