Introduction
Inverse relationship between Alzheimer's disease (AD) & cancer
- cancer survivors may have reduced risk of AD
- patients with AD may have reduced risk of cancer[1][3]
*inverse relationship also seen with cognitive decline & cancer[2] *may be a common pathologic process working in opposite directions in cancer & Alzheimer's disease[4]
