Dosage
Start 50 mg PO BID/TID, max 300 mg/day
Tabs: 25, 50, 100, 150 mg.

- tinnitus
- blurred vision
- confusion
- constipation
- urinary retention

- hypotension
- parkinsonism
- tardive dyskinesia
- neuroleptic malignant syndrome
- adverse effects which occur more frequently with amoxapine than other antidepressants
- overdose results in prolongation of the QT interval
