Indications
- short-term treatment of inflammation & pruritus secondary to severe steroid-responsive dermatoses
- cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
- discoid lupus
- psoriasis
- lichen simplex chronicus
- granuloma annulare[3]
Dosage
Topical: apply 0.05% cream/ointment sparingly BID/TID.
Very high potency (0.05%), (15, 30, 60 g).
Adverse effects
- uncommon (< 1%)
- burning, itching, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acne, hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, skin maceration, secondary infection, skin atrophy, striae, miliaria
