Function
- specifically recognizes or associates vesicles with the plasma membrane.
- role in protein sorting in the trans-Golgi network (TGN) &/or endosomes
- seems to play a role in the recycling of synaptic vesicle membranes from the presynaptic surface
- the complex binds polyphosphoinositides
