• highly expressed in testis

Pathology

• expressed in many different types of cancers
  • highly expressed in breast cancer, prostate cancer & many types of lung cancers, including
    • squamous cell carcinoma of the lung
    • small cell carcinoma,
    • non-small cell carcinoma
    • adenocarcinoma of the lung
• expressed in Ewing's sarcoma cell lines, in some Ewing's sarcoma patient samples, & in one of one alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma
