• barely expressed in most tumor cell lines, but upregulated in some cancer cells, inlcuding
  • breast adenocarcinoma MCF-7 cells & U251 cells
  • promyelocytic leukemia cells (HL-60) or
  • myelomonocytic leukemia cells (U-937)
