Expression

• memory & activated T cells
• some B cells
• granulocytes (weak immunostaining)
• macrophages (weak immunostaining)
• thymocytes

Pathology

• expressed in:
  • T-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma ~75%
  • T-cell ALL/LBL variable
  • AML ~25%
• carcinomas & most B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas stain negatively with antibody.
