Introduction

PVMT binds to c-src protein Tyr-527 & prevents phosphorylation. It activates c-src protein & itself becomes phosphorylated on Tyr-315 & Tyr-250. PVMT also binds to grb2 & shc & perhaps Sos, PI-3-kinase & 14-3-3 (4).
