- theca cell tumors
- testicular tumors
- some adrenal cortex tumors
- adrenal hyperplasia
- chorioepithelioma
Decreases
- ovarian dysgenesis
- primary ovarian failure
- hypopituitarism
- adrenal insufficiency
- menopause
- anorexia nervosa
- psychogenic stress
- GnRH deficiency
