- expressed in spleen, thymus, & PBMC
- weak expression in pancreas, skeletal muscle, brain, heart, & kidney
- placenta, lung, & liver show intermediate levels
- monocytes, B-cells, large granular lymphocytes, & T-cells express high levels
Pathology
- defects in IL10RA found in infantile-onset Crohn's disease
