Function
- recognizes & binds to phosphorylated proteins & promotes their ubiquitination & degradation (putative)
- interacts with SKP1
- component of SKP1-cullin-F-box protein ligase complex (SCF complex) that plays a role in iron homeostasis by promoting ubiquitination & subsequent degradation of IREB2/IRP2
