Clinical manifestations

• signs & symptoms of systemic embolization
• rarely murmurs

Radiology

• transthoracic echocardiogram may suggest an cardiac valve vegetation
• transesophageal echocardiogram may show a mobile echodensity with frond-like appearance attached to the right coronary cusp of aortic valve*

Complications

• thromboembolism, embolic stroke
