• transthoracic echocardiogram may suggest an cardiac valve vegetation
• transesophageal echocardiogram may show a mobile echodensity with frond-like appearance attached to the right coronary cusp of aortic valve*
• generally left sided attached to the mitral valve or aortic valve

Complications

• thromboembolism, embolic stroke

Management

• removal of non-infectious cardiac valve vegetation
