Introduction
Normally tricuspid valve gating flow between the left ventricle & aortic root. The valve opens during systole & closes during diastole. The coronary arteries may arise from within the cusps of the aortic valve.
Normal area: 3-4 cm2
Normal gradient: 0-2 mm Hg
