Indications
- treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection (FDA approved May 2022)
Adverse effects
- dysgeusia, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headache, nasopharyngitis, hypertension, vulvovaginal candidiasis
- Stevens-Johnson syndrome & toxic epidermal necrolysis
- C difficile-associated diarrhea
- QT prolongation (clarithromycin)
