Procedure
- age, ethnicity, deprivation
- systolic blood pressure & systolic blood pressure variability
- body-mass index
- total cholesterol/HDL cholesterol in serum/plasma
- smoking
- coronary heart disease in a 1st-degree relative younger t< 60
- presence of type 1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes
- treated hypertension
- rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus
- atrial fibrillation
- stage 3, 4 or 5 chronic kidney disease
- migraine
- corticosteroid use, atypical antipsychotic use
- severe mental illness
- erectile dysfunction
