Etiology
Clinical manifestations
- reticulate hyperpigmentation of skin
- nail dystrophy (longitudinal ridging, splitting & early pterygium formation)
- leukokeratosis of mucous membranes
- other
- aplastic anemia occurs in 50% of patients
- ocular anomaly
- mental retardation
- short stature
- premature graying of hair
