- systemic lupus erythematosus
- malar rash
- photosensitivity rash
- discoid lupus
- subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus
- oral mucocutaneous ulcerations
- on tongue or hard palate
- generally painless
- alopecia
- lupus panniculitis
- dermatomyositis
- Grotton's papules on extensor surfaces of metacarpophangeal joints & proximal interphalangeal joints
- macular erythema
- shawl sign: rash involves posterior neck, upper back, & shoulders
- V sign: rash involves anterior neck & chest
- heliotrope rash (violaceous rash on upper eyelid)
- dry, cracked fingers & hands
- nailfold capillary changes
- scleroderma
- vasculitis
- Behcet syndrome
- sarcoidosis
- erythema nodosum (including Lofgren's syndrome)
- psoriatic arthritis
- psoriasis on extensor surfaces, umbilicus, gluteal fold,scalp & behind ears
- pustular psoriasis on palm & soles
- pitting of nails
- onycholysis
- reactive arthritis including Reiter's syndrome
- adult-onset Still's disease (juvenile rheumatoid arthritis)
- rheumatic fever
- Lyme disease
