Clinical significance
- turbid: phosphate, urate, RBC, WBC
- foam: protein (white), bilirubin (yellow)
- white: chile, phosphate, pus, elephantiasis
- yellow: urochrome
- blue green: methylene blue, Pseudomonas
- orange-red: bile, beets, pyridium, rifampin
- red-brown: hemoglobin, myoglobin, levodopa
- yellow which turn red: PAS
