Indications
- treatment of strabismus & blepharospasm associated with dystonia
- spasticity resulting from cerebral palsy
- focal dystonias
- spasticity in the flexor muscles of the elbow, wrist, & fingers in adults
- sialorrhea from cerebral palsy
- hyperhidrosis
- for use by or in consultation with neurologist, psychiatrist, ophthalmologist, head & neck surgeon
- wrinkles
- migraine prophylaxis
- neuropathic pain ?

Procedure
- a technique in which a neurotoxin (atropine, Botox) is used to paralyze a muscle or group of muscles
