Introduction

Excessive secretions of the salivary glands.

glycopyrrolate (Robinul) for neurodevelopmental disorders^[2]
- start 0.04 mg/kg BID-TID
- increment dose weekly
- maximum: 0.2 mg/kg TID
- evening dose may be unnecessary
scopolamine patch^[3]
atropine eye drops, sublingual
ipratropium nasal spray, sublingual
Botox injected into submandibular gland (bilaterally) undergeneral anesthesia^[3]
