Introduction
A localized variant of pemphigus foliaceus confined to site susceptible to seborrhea.
Pathology
- IgG & C3 deposits at dermal epidermal junction in addition to intercellular epidermal deposits
- antinuclear antibodies (ANA)
- may be associated with thymoma & myasthenia gravis
Clinical manifestations
- erythematous, crusted, erosive lesions in the face, forehead, presternal & interscapular regions
