Introduction
Subclasses: IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4.
IgG1 & IgG3 generally react with protein antigens.
IgG2 & IgG4 generally react with polysaccharide antigens.
Many healthy individuals do not have detectable amounts of IgG4.
