Expression

• expressed a low levels in naive, germinal center & memory B cells but also expressed in NK cells (at protein level)

Pathology

• genetic variation in FCRL3 may be associated with:
  • susceptibility to rheumatoid arthritis
  • susceptibility to Graves disease
