Jump to navigation
Jump to search
Function
- phosphorylated upon DNA damage, probably by ATM or ATR
Structure
- contains 2 bromo domains
- contains 9 WD repeats
Alternative splicing
named isoforms=5
Expression
- found in most adult tissues
- expressed in fetal liver
Pathology
- down-regulated in a majority of the B-cell CLL cases examined
- chromosomal translocation t(X;11)(q21;q23) involving BRWD3 with ARHGAP20, does not result in fusion transcripts but disrupts both genes
