Introduction
The p110 catalytic subunit of PI-3-kinase is active only when bound through its N-terminal region to the p85 subunit. Binding occurs via a 102 amino acid inter-SH2 region of p85 (2). Substrates: phosphatidylinositol phosphatidylinositol(4)P phosphatidylinositol(4,5)P2
