- c-src kinase phosphorylates c-src protein (p60 c-src) at Tyr-527, a negative regulatory site
- Csk associates with paxillin & the focal adhesion kinase (FAK) through binding of its SH2 domain to Tyr-phosphate within paxillin[2]
