Function

• GTPase activator for the Rho-type GTPases by converting them to an inactive GDP-bound state
• activity toward RAC1
• overexpression results in an increase in actin stress fibers & cell contraction

• contains 1 PH domain required for localization to membrane
• contains 1 Rho-GAP domain
