Function

• stimulates the dissociation of GDP from the Ras-related RalA & RalB GTPases, allowing GTP binding & activation of the GTPases
• interacts & acts as an effector molecule for R-Ras, H-Ras, K-Ras, & Rap
• interacts with RIT1 & RIT2 (putative)

Structure

• contains 1 N-terminal Ras-GEF domain contains 1 Ras-associating domain, interacts with Ras contains 1 Ras-GEF domain
