- diarrhea & upper abdominal pain
- small decrease in eGFR ~ 7.5 mL/min
* adverse effects reversible with discontinuation
Mechanism of action
- oral TTR stabilzer
- acoramidis binds to transthyretin & stabilizes it, & inhibits its deposition as amyloid
