Indications
- relief of nausea/vomiting in palliative care
Dosage
(administration)
- usual rate is 2.7-3.7 mL/hour continuously
- add 60 mL of normal saline to each formula

- chlorpromazine (Thorazine) 25 mg

- ranitidine (Zantac) 50 mg
