Epidemiology
- spontaneous coronary artery dissection is the most common cause of pregnancy- associated myocardial infarction[1]
Clinical manifestations
- occurs during pregnancy or in the 1st month post-partum

- coronary artery aneurysm with subsequent coronary artery thrombosis

- if ST-segment elevation, percutaneous coronary intervention indicated
