Indications

• treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma -for use in combonation with lenalidomide

Contraindications

• pregnancy

Adverse effects

• infusion site reactions
• myelosupression
• infections
• most coomn (> 20%)
  • neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia
  • cough, pyrexia, peripheral edema, respiratory tract infection
  • diarrhea
  • fatigue, decreased appetite.
