- CSF levels associated with neurodegenerative disease & cognitive decline[1]
- highest levels in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis & frontotemporal dementia[1]
- increases in CSF p-tau & CSF NFL in patients with Down syndrome in 4th decade of life[2]
