Indications

• COPD

Contraindications

• not for treatment of COPD exacerbation

Dosage

• 175 ug (3 mL) via a standard jet nebulizer once daily

Adverse effects

• cough, nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection
• headache, back pain

• drug adverse effects of parasympatholytics

Drug interactions

• concurrent use of rifampicin, cyclosporine

• drug interaction(s) of parasympatholytic with parasympathomimetic

Mechanism of action

• long-acting muscarinic receptor antagonist
