Indications

• prevention of bronchospasm in patients with COPD
  • for use in combination with LABA

Contraindications

• myasthenia gravis
• unstable cardiovascular status
• acute hemorrhage
• glaucoma
• paralytic ileus
• severe ulcerative colitis
• Sjogren syndrome[
• when anticholinergic agents (parasympatholytics) are contraindicated
